The Mana Apothecary is built to know as little about you as possible. The app has no accounts, no login, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, and no advertising identifiers. We cannot see who you are or what you look up.
Your chosen state, your constitution quiz result, and your Kitchen unlock status are saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes them completely.
If you submit a question through "Ask the Pros" or join a seasonal reset list, the information you type (your name, email, and question) is delivered to the Mana Wellness team by Netlify Forms so we can reply to you. We use it only to respond and never sell or share it. To have a submission deleted, email wellness@healthymana.com.
The app links out to our tea shop (healthymana.com, run on Shopify), to Amazon for supplement recommendations, and to Calendly for consultations. As an Amazon Associate, Mana Wellness earns from qualifying purchases. Once you leave the app, those services' own privacy policies apply — we receive no personal information back from them beyond standard, anonymous affiliate reporting.
The app's Little Ones section offers educational information for parents and caregivers. The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, children included.
Everything in The Mana Apothecary is educational information about traditional and natural wellness. It is not medical advice and never replaces your doctor.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
